Well I wouldn't ever call Ray someone who bosses anyone around but he was a good project manager!
Anyway, I contextualize it differently. Ray has fewer subs and views overall than I do, but his niche is far more amenable to building a large dedicated following. Much more so than me with geography which is more "generalist" I think.
